An accredited digital agency
Everything we do at Deeson is about making sure we deliver the highest quality websites and digital products for our clients.
In these projects we’re typically dealing with mission critical systems, sensitive data and high risk digital platforms. We know our clients trust that we know what we’re doing and can be confident that we’re always looking out for their interests.
One of the ways we make sure we’re doing this is to use independently audited accreditations as a means of validating our practices and ensuring we’re always looking for ways to be better.
Over the past six months we’ve been re-inspected for three key independent accreditations for our work:
ISO9001 – maximising the quality of our work
We use ISO9001:2015 to make sure we’ve got the right processes in place to deliver the best possible work for our clients, and learn lessons and make regular improvements wherever we can.
It covers a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of organisational leaders, business and project processes as well as continual improvement.
Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services.
In our July 2017 re-accreditation inspection, we’re pleased to say that the independent auditor was unable to find any major or minor non-conformities. This confirmed that our approach to quality management was above the ISO9001 standard.
Our clients can be confident we’re managing their projects and our business using a trusted, established and reliable approach. This means our focus can be on ensuring successful and lasting digital change happens, not just on delivering the project itself.
ISO27001 – information security management
We’ve recently been awarded ISO27001:2013 accreditation for our information security management, with no major or minor non-conformities.
There is a strong security culture within the organisation and the implementation of ISO 27001 management system has been embraced by everyone involved.
Independent ISO27001 inspection report for Deeson Group Ltd, 2017
This inspection looked at how we keep information safe through all the legal, physical and technical controls involved in our work for clients and managing the Deeson business.
Using ISO27001:2013 will help your organisation manage the security of information entrusted to you by third parties.
Gaining this accreditation has also been an important step on the road to making sure we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) ahead of the 2018 deadline (we’ve also helped write a plain English guide to GDPR for our clients along the way too).
Cyber Essentials PLUS – taking online security seriously
Cyber Essentials PLUS is a government-backed, industry-supported scheme to help organisations protect themselves against threats found on the internet.
This scheme focuses on the core set of actions that businesses should be taking to protect themselves, their customers, and their brand.

In November 2017 we were re-inspected for Cyber Essentials PLUS and were pleased to have passed the inspection once again.
We’ve worked hard at Deeson to create a culture of continuous improvement in how we deliver high stakes, high profile digital projects for our clients including ITV, Royal Collection Trust and the National Crime Agency. Being independently accredited to these standards is an important part of building a trusted relationship with our clients and successfully delivering digital change.
