From scholarship winner to core contributoradmin

We launched the Drupal Downunder scholarship with the goal of promoting learning in the Drupal community and extending its reach. The effort was validated quicker than we could've imagined, when Wayne Tsai submitted his first core patch during the conference-ending code sprint.
