Something funny happened while at Drupalcon Copenhagen. I was approached a guy in a bar after I gave my talk on Design For Drupal: A Template Approach, who said, "Your talk was good, but you should talk about what you REALLY do." I was stunned and confused by this at first, but then slowly realized that he was right. There was a much larger piece of my work that I wasn't talking about. The "client wrestling part." The part where you sit in a conference room for 5 days straight systematically deciding what you're going to do for the next 3-8 months depending on the size of the project. 

So how do we do this? How do we get people to agree on things when there are sometimes as many as 10 voices in the room?
