A couple of days ago a user asked me how to hide Panel panes in mobile devices and referred to the feature in Adaptivetheme 3.x that allows you to do the same thing with blocks and regions, which uses Browscap for device detection.

I looked around for a module that might include this but couldn't really find anything so I built a small module that allows you to do this - Browscap CTools.

This is a very simple access control plugin for CTools that will add a new option to Panel panes visibility rules and allows you to show or hide panes when a mobile device is detected.
