There was a massive effort recently to add a Configuration Translation UI to core, joining the existing Content Translation UI.

There were 27 people credited with contributing to this issue, which is incredible.

So incredible, that I thought it might have been a record. It turns out, it was a tie!

Somehow it turns out that there was one other issue with 27 contributors: "Allow default text formats per role, and integrate text format permissions".
