123ContactForm, leading web form builder, announced today that it has achieved compliance with data security standards outlined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

The decision was based on 123ContactForm’s customers feedback and on the increased interest in medical forms such as Appointment Request, Medical History Form, Prescription Refill, Online Bill Pay, Patient Satisfaction Survey and Dental History Form. The progressive complexity of the forms was soon followed by a need to ask for the patient’s private health information.
