*/
The Drupal community is full of people who make the world a brighter place. This month we are sharing more about the community members participating in our membership drive in this blog series. We work together, we motivate each other, and we learn together. Thank you to our community for inspiring us every day.

What Ayesh says about membership
It was the warm feeling that I am welcomed among a community that is full of awesome people I admire every day. I think the grant means a wonderful opportunity to actually meet the Drupal community and the humans behind the code.
I have been to Drupal events in India and Malaysia, and have even organized events in my home country, Sri Lanka. But a DrupalCon is the event I was hoping to attend one day, and the grant made it possible for me. I could meet some of the developers I have known for a while and idolized every day, including Larry Garfield, Daniel Wehner, Klaus Purer and several others. It was also a great opportunity to meet and network with new developers who are just as awesome. Spending a few days with the software you love and people who love that software just as much as you do is a feeling that you can't turn into words. I'm truly grateful to the Drupal Association and people behind it for opening that opportunity to me.
If you are not yet a member, join the Drupal Association and be part of our success together.
